At Lavish Salon, we value your time, your appointment, and the experience we create for every client. Please review our salon policies before scheduling your appointment. These policies help us protect our stylists’ time, keep appointments running smoothly, and provide the best possible experience for every guest.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are scheduled directly through Lavish Salon. A card on file may be required to reserve your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the policies listed on this page, including our cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, service adjustment, and product purchase policies.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.Please keep in mind that arriving late may affect the service originally scheduled. Depending on timing and availability, your stylist may need to adjust, shorten, or modify the service to stay on schedule for the day.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. A card on file is required to schedule an appointment.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.This policy helps protect the time reserved for your stylist and allows us to better serve clients who may be waiting for availability.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We want every client to feel confident and happy with their service. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact Lavish Salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss any needed adjustments or redos.Requests made after 7 days may be considered a new service and may require a new appointment.
PRICING & SERVICE CHANGES
Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, product used, time required, service complexity, and stylist recommendations.If your hair goals require additional time or a different service than originally scheduled, your stylist will discuss options with you before moving forward whenever possible.
IN-SALON PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY
All products purchased in the salon are final sale and cannot be returned.If you have questions about a product before purchasing, our team will be happy to help you choose the best option for your hair type, routine, and needs.
